Case Study
International Timber recently supplied cladding for a house extension, covering two floors.
The timber was used to renew the existing wood cladding on the front of the house and rooms.
The project, which took place on a small estate, had specific requirements in that the material had to tie in with the fascia boarding and window frame edging found on the estate, with the correct shade of brown used.
The client, Anna Maria Jacovelli, said: “Most firms at the moment are only offering trend beiges and greys, of which most shades weren’t suitable. Thankfully, International Timber had the exact colouring needed.”
Dura Cladding Resist was used for the project due to its rot and splinter-free properties – with a 15- year warrantee. The relatively small-scale project ran very smoothly as it was delivered quickly, efficiently and with minimal setbacks.
